 Over the course of my 34-year counseling practice, I discovered that many personal struggles stem from a lack of clear boundaries. Developing and teaching practical guidelines for establishing them has been central to my work and has greatly benefited thousands of clients.

 

Boundaries act as filters, bringing clarity, self-esteem, happiness, and joy. They foster healthy, respectful relationships, increase empathy, deepen connection with God, and reduce resentment. In this book, I share four key types of boundaries and how to establish them in your life.
